Our primary goal is to achieve and increase the satisfaction of our customers, our environment - all stakeholders related to our company - as a company that produces quality products that strive to fully satisfy customer needs while implementing economical production, keeping in mind the prevention of errors.

We meet the quality expectations of our customers. We manufacture our products using high-quality materials, taking into account technical feasibility and reliability for long-term use, and applying modern solutions and technology.

In order to achieve these goals, the company:

  • MSZ EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard-based quality management system has been introduced and operates, which promotes proper work, ensures regular control of our processes, procurement of raw materials in accordance with customer expectations, design and production of products, and provision of services.
  • We closely monitor the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our activities, fully apply and comply with them.
  • The company regularly sets objectives for all areas, the fulfillment of which is monitored.
  • It provides the resources, appropriate working environment, modern machines and tools necessary to achieve the objectives.
  • We ensure the training and professional preparedness of our employees with external and internal training.
  • We continuously modernize the technologies used in the course of its services.

We guarantee that every employee performs their duties with responsibility for quality, knows the regulations related to quality management, and considers quality improvement as a daily task.

We consider it important to establish a good mutual relationship with our suppliers, therefore we expect the delivery of products of proven consistent quality, and the continuous development of our own quality management and quality assurance processes.

As the executive director of Omega Byte Ltd., I am committed to fulfilling the relevant legal requirements, developing the company, and implementing the quality policy and objectives in order to achieve business excellence.
